SHIPMENT OF YOUR PACKAGE

The packages are usually shipped within 24 hours from receipt of payment and sent via MAIL BOXES, providing an online link to check the location of your package.
Shipping costs include packing and transport ii. We suggest that you gather your items in a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders performed separately, and each child it will be applied to the shipping charges. Your parcel will be posted under your responsibility. The boxes have a reasonable size and your articles are well protected.
The delivery of products occurs on the Italian territory and abroad. There are no shipments at postal boxes.
The customer can use the following modes of delivery:
-Express Courier;
-Retreat at our headquarters
Cupertino Leonardo srl undertakes to deliver the products through the medium chosen by the customer and at the same indicated during registration of your data. Cupertino Leonardo srl, once verified the regularity of the order and payment, undertakes to process your order in 30 days, any delays or non-deliveries of products cannot be accused or attributable to Cupertino Leonardo srl,which considers the contract with the customer with the delivery of the goods to the delivery company. With regard to the timing of delivery, the customer must refer to the average time that the instrument chosen by him.  Cupertino Leonardo srl declines any responsibility regarding the quality of service delivery which depends exclusively on the company itself.  Cupertino Leonardo srl undertakes to collect any reports or complaints relating to missing or delayed deliveries of products via E-mail to richieste@cupertino.it and, where appropriate, to act under the terms of law. As regards the products with manufacturing defects and/or damaged during transport, please see the next point.

SUBSTITUTION OF PRODUCTS WITH MANUFACTURING DEFECT OR DAMAGED DURING TRANSPORT

If the product purchased on www.cupertinoshop.com should have manufacturing defects or does not correspond to the right size, the client can ask for a replacement, within the time limit fixedof 3 days from its receipt by writing to richieste@cupertino.it.
The email will contain a description of why you are returning the product or defect. The customer must, in addition, the return of the defective product in its original packaging, it integrates in all its parts. Cupertino Leonardo srl reserves the right to replace the returned product or to refund the customer with a credit Note for an amount equal to the value of the product, less shipping costs. In case of replacement of the product, shipping costs for replacement shall be borne by Cupertino Leonardo srl. The latter will then replacement of the product with an identical or, in the case of stocks and after agreement with the customer, with an equivalent value.

WARRANTIES

Cupertino Leonardo srl guarantees that at the time of consignment items are all checked to rule out any manufacturing defects, are reliable, new and original card, properly sealed and packaged, and how they are delivered to the carrier for shipment. Therefore is not liable for any damages or defects occurring after the items have left the Boutique to be shipped.

 
APPLICATION OF RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The application of the right of withdrawal provided for by Italian legislation in relation to the goods purchased on www.cupertinoshop.com includes the following specialties. During product selection and ordering, the customer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the goods purchased on Cupertino Leonardo srl within the meaning and for the purposes of art. 5 of d.lgs. 185/99. Within the period referred to above must be sent registered mail with return receipt to Cupertino Leonardo srl, with registered office in Via Forcella, 75-72015 Fasano. It requires that the Declaration with which the client expresses willingness to withdraw either written in English language. The customer is also obliged to return the product intact in all its parts and not used at just mentioned, within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the goods purchased. Reimbursement of the price paid for the purchase of the product does not include the shipping costs for returning the goods, which are the sole responsibility of client who intends to withdraw from the purchase. As regards the mode of reimbursement, Cupertino Leonardo srl will issue a credit note to the customer the amount of the product from which you withdrew.
